 Effects of stress on the body Recognise the impact stress has on you and others- behavioural changes. Understand the triggers of stress both at work, home
 Lifestyle factors Awareness of liftestyle factors which contribute to stress. Diet, exercise, sleeping, alcohol and how these reduce are resilience.
 Workplace Issues Workplace issues that can contribute to stress and what can be done to improve them.
Coping techniques Learn relaxation techniques, improved sleeping and exercise habits to help us cope better..
 Practical session Practical - exploring relaxation exercises
 Summary
